English: Jvari or Jvari Monastery (Georgian: ჯვარი, ჯვრის მონასტერი) is a Georgian Orthodox monastery of the 6th century near Mtskheta (World Heritage site), Mtskheta-Mtianeti region, eastern Georgia. The name is translated as the Monastery of the Cross.
ქართული: ჯვრის მონასტერი — VI საუკუნის ტაძარი და მონასტერი, მდებარეობს მცხეთის აღმოსავლეთით, მდინარეების მტკვრისა და არაგვის შესართავთან, კლდოვანი მთის წვერზე. შეტანილია მსოფლიო კულტურული მემკვიდრეობის ძეგლთა სიაში.
Русский: Джва́ри (груз. ჯვარი, досл. «крест») — грузинский монастырь и храм на вершине горы у слияния Куры и Арагви близ Мцхеты — там, где, согласно историческим источникам („Обращение Грузии“, „Жизнь картлийских царей“), воздвигла крест святая равноапостольная Нина. Джвари — по совершенству архитектурных форм это один из шедевров архитектуры и первый в Грузии памятник Всемирного наследия
Français : Le monastère de Djvari, ou Djvari (en géorgien : ჯვრის მონასტერი, ჯვარი) est un monastère géorgien orthodoxe du vie siècle situé près de Mtskheta (patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO), en Géorgie orientale. Le nom de l'édifice signifie littéralement « monastère de la Croix ».
Deutsch: Das Kloster Dschwari (georgisch ჯვარი, ჯვრის მონასტერი, Dschwris monasteri) ist ein georgisch-orthodoxes Kloster aus dem 6. Jahrhundert nahe Mzcheta, der alten Hauptstadt Georgiens. Der Name wird mit Kreuzkloster übersetzt. 1996 wurde Dschwari zusammen mit anderen Monumenten von Mzcheta in die Weltkulturerbe-Liste der UNESCO aufgenommen.
