Summary edit

Description
English: Foundation stone or some other inscription. A picture of the same stone refers to a sahakâne. Because of another picture I think meant is the building for ablutions also containing the toilets, across from the entrance of the mosque. a PROBLEM IS 1. i DO NOT KNOW THE WORD sahakâne and could not find it in my dictionaries, 2. the person who published that picture used another word, sakahane, in the title of this and another picture. Either of the words must have been misspelled.
