  • In a "church election", members can democratically choose representatives at various levels of church leadership, from local to national. During the 2023 Church Election in Norway, bishops' councils and church councils in the Church of Norway (Norwegian: Den norske kirke) are elected for a four-year period. The 2023 election will be held on September 10th and 11th, which coincides with the municipal election in the country.

Ved kirkevalget i Norge 2023 velges bispedømmeråd/kirkemøtet og menighetsråd i Den norske kirke for en fire-års periode. 2023-valget avholdes 10. og 11. september, som er i nærheten av kommunevalget, og alle medlemmer født i 2008 eller tidligere har stemmerett. Det er mulig å forhåndsstemme fra 10. august til 6. september.
