Deutsch: Blick vom Lagertor auf den Appellplatz des ehemaligen KZ Flossenbürg. Tägliche, stundenlange Zählaktionen, sowie Strafaktionen und Hinrichtungen fanden hier statt. Das rechte Gebäude ist die ehemalige Wäscherei, das linke die Lagerküche. Rechts hinter den Bäumen befindet sich der Ehrenfriedhof, dahinter das "Tal des Todes". Entgegen der Blickrichtung befindet sich das Gebäude der SS-Kommandantur.
English: View from the camp gate to the Appellplatz of the former concentration camp Flossenbürg. Daily hour-long counting actions, as well as punitive actions and executions took place here. The right building is the former laundry, the left the camp kitchen. On the right behind the trees is the cemetery of honour, behind it the "Tal des Todes" (Valley of Death). Contrary to the direction of view is the SS-commandant's office building.
