日本語: 香川県さぬき市志度字田中655番地1にある香川銀行志度支店。
沿革
1951年（昭和26年）6月1日 - 香川相互銀行志度業務取次所として大川郡志度町大字志度823番地に開設。
1952年（昭和27年）7月10日 - 大川郡志度町大字志度519番地に移転。
1953年（昭和28年）2月24日 - 志度出張所となる。
1961年（昭和36年）6月1日 - 支店に昇格。地番更正により大川郡志度町大字志度519番地の1に所在地名変更。
1961年（昭和36年）10月16日 - 店舗新築。
1974年（昭和49年）6月10日 - 大川郡志度町大字志度字田中655番地の1に新築移転。
1989年（平成元年）2月1日 - 組織変更により香川銀行志度支店となる。
2002年（平成14年）4月1日 - 行政区画変更により現所在地名に変更。
