A revolutionary Leader from Bihar. Who started his political carrier as an independent candidate.he won Assembly and Lok sabha election as an independent candidate from Gopalganj,Bihar. Gopalganj, the hometown of Mr Laloo Prasad Yadav, has traditionally been a Congress stronghold. However, the situation underwent a sea-change in 1984 when despite.a countrywide sympathy wave following the assassination of Mrs Indira Gandhi, the Congress not only lost this seat but its candidate S.K. Mishra forfeited his deposit. After winning lok sabha election in 1984,he gave unconditional support to Rajiv Gandhi led Government when everyone were giving resignation in the leadership of V.P.Singh to destabilize the Government.Rajiv Gandhi invited him to join Congress ,he joined congress in 1989.he fought Lok sabha elections in 1989 and 1991 from congress ticket.after assignation of Rajiv ji ,Pandey ji left congress and joined Rastriya Janta Dal and Fought Lok Sabha election 1999 on RJD ticket.in 2003 Mr. Ram vilas Pasawan invited him to join Lok janshakti Party.he is now with LJP from last 10 years as National General Secretary, Spokesperson and observer Utter pardesh. Very popular in among masses in north Bihar.a household name in North Bihar .hold good respect and love in lower caste,minority and Brahmin voters of all district of Saran.once known as Robinhood of North Bihar.
