Description
Deutsch: Obwohl der Kartoffelbovist (Scleroderma citrinum) giftig ist, verwendete man ihn in geringen Mengen als "Falschen Trüffel" als Gewürz. Das feingeschnittene, getrocknete Fruchtfleisch schmeckt nach dem Edelpilz, sorgte aber auch all zu oft zu Übelkeit und Brechreiz.
