Lingua Franca Nova: Kasenyi plains is located in the Eastern part of Queen Elizabeth National Park also known as Mweya, it's a salty lake that provides salt to the local community.

Due to its saltines,it has a lot of flamingo birds in it, and the local people use it as a source of income through mining of the salt.
