English: The Kauhaneva mire, one of the biggest mires in the southern half of Finland and a very significant nesting site for many bird species (especially cranes), is protected in the Kauhaneva–Pohjankangas National Park in the municipality of Kauhajoki, Southern Ostrobotnia.
Suomi: Kauhanevan suo, yksi suurimmista eteläisessä Suomessa. Suo on myös tärkeä lintujen pesimäalue. Suo on osa Kauhanevan–Pohjankankaan kansallispuistoa. Puisto sijaitsee Kauhajoen ja Karvian kuntien alueella Länsi-Suomen läänissä.
Français : Le marais de Kauhaneva, une des principales zones humides de la moitié Sud de la Finlande et un site de nidification majeur pour de nombreuses espèces d'oiseaux (notamment grues cendrées). Il est protégé dans le cadre du parc national de Kauhaneva–Pohjankangas dans la municipalité de Kauhajoki, Ostrobotnie du Sud.
