Description
日本語: 京阪電鉄60系電車「びわこ号」（1980年4月　Mr.ちゅらさん (talk)の父がひらかたパークにて撮影）
「びわこ号」は1934年に現在の京阪本線・中之島線の淀屋橋駅～三条（京阪）駅～京津線・浜大津駅の区間を結ぶ特急列車として運行された。1944年、戦時下により一旦廃止されたが、戦後臨時列車として週末や、枚方市にある京阪電鉄運営の遊園地・ひらかたパークで行われた大菊人形展などの輸送などに利用するため使用されていた。
その後も、車体の老朽化が激しくなったため、京津線区間運転用に使用されたが、1970年をもって引退。
運転引退後もしばらくはひらかたパークにて静態展示され、リニューアルも行っていたが、2000年にひらかたパークの公園リニューアルによる展示スペースの狭小化により車体を寝屋川車庫に移動し、現在も保管されており、鉄道の日など、京阪電鉄主催のイベントで不定期に公開されている。
