Description
English: Ji'an is adjacent to Hualien City and has long history. The famous Keishuin was the Japanese Shrine during Japanese occupation. Because of the fertile plains and abundant water, it has become the hinterland of agriculture, industry and business of Hualien City. In suburbs lies beautiful vast land of farm which is ideal for cycling.
