Description
English: Kelly's Cellars, Belfast Built in c1780, Kelly's Cellars in Bank Street is one of Belfast's oldest surviving public houses. It is reputed that rebel leader Henry Joy McCracken once hid under the bar to evade Crown forces, and there is a blue plaque on the wall outside marking this as a meeting place for the United Irishmen.
