Description
English: The Head of Bakamla (Badan Keamanan Laut - Maritime Security Agency or Indonesia Coast Guard) of Indonesia, Laksdya TNI Aan Kurnia, S.Sos., M.M visited Pindad to review and test the weapons products of PT Pindad (Persero) that can be used by Bakamla RI, especially to support national marine defense. One of the weapons that attracted Bakamla's interest was the SM5 machine gun caliber 12.7 mm which has an effective range of up to 1,830 m with a rate of fire of 400 - 600 rounds/minute.
Bahasa Indonesia: Kepala Bakamla (Badan Keamanan Laut) RI, Laksdya TNI Aan Kurnia, S.Sos., M.M berkunjung ke Pindad untuk meninjau dan menguji produk persenjataan PT Pindad (Persero) yang dapat digunakan oleh Bakamla RI terutama untuk mendukung ketahanan laut nasional. Salah satu persenjataan yang menarik minat Bakamla yaitu senapan mesin SM5 Kal. 12,7 mm yang memiliki jarak efektif hingga 1.830 m dengan kecepatan tembakan 400 – 600 butir/menit.
