Summary edit
English: The new façade of the en:Kippax Centre, Australian Capital Territory. This was probably built 2004 or 2005, I don't remember exactly (to be honest, I didn't notice it 'til recently --- wasn't around Kippax much for a while). In the bottom left of the centre is a bottleshop; to the right of the photo is the new Kippax Library; in between is a carpark.
This photo was taken at about 13:30 on 2005-11-11. It has been digitally altered; I blurred out every visible number plate on the cars.
