Description
English: Kiradu Temple at Kiradu Village is situated about 35 Kms west from Barmer, Rajasthan. These Kiradu Someshwara (Lord Shiva) Temples were built in 11th to 12th Century by Chalukya Rulers of Parmar Dynasty. These temples are off the way from Barmer to Jaisalmer on left side on a single lane PMGSY Road. Sandstone is the main ingredient used in the Temple and the carvings as well as the sculpting work gives the visitors a lush feel of the view of the temple in ancient time.
