Norsk bokmål: Bildet er hentet fra Arkivverket.

I en stadig økende strøm har nordmenn siden 1940 tatt seg over grensen fra Norge til Sverige, -fra nazistisk forfølgelse og terrortrussel i det okkuperte hjemland. På svensk side blir de først mottatt av svensk militær- og politimyndigheter, hvoretter de sendes til den norske mottagercentralen på Kjesäter slott i syd-Sverige. Her registreres og legeundersøkes alle norske flyktninger før de reiser videre, noen til de norske politiforlegninger, andre til skoler eller sivilt arbeide, kvinneforlegninger, familieforlegninger etc. Bildet viser måling av blodtrykk på legekontoret på Kjesäter.
