Beschrijving : [kleine Indonesische jongen wordt geboeid en onder schot gehouden door een militair met een bajonet op het geweer] Annotatie : V.P.T.L. = Voorschrift voor de uitoefening van de Politiek-Politionele Taak van het Leger (optreden tegen guerillastrijders). Dit voorschrift van het KNIL dateert al uit 1928, verscheen in 1936 en is gewijzigd en aangevuld in 1945 en in 1946 nog een keer uitgegeven, nu speciaal voor de KL.
