Deutsch: Kloster Kreuzberg, ein Kloster der Franziskaner-Observanten, liegt am Westhang des gleichnamigen Bergs Kreuzberg in der Rhön auf 864 Meter über Normalnull und zieht jährlich etwa 500.000 bis 600.000 Besucher an. Das Kloster wurde ab 1598 erbaut und die Klosterbrauerei mit selbstgebrannten Klosterbier besteht seit 1731. Zum Kloster und zum Heiligen Berg der Franken finden jährlich etwa 70 bis 80 Wallfahrten aus ganz Franken statt. |
