Le Révérend supérieur Kobori Geppo du temple zen Ryôkô-in à Kyôto, expliquant les principes de la méditation zen (zazen)


Le Ryôkô-in est au sein du Daitoku-ji, le monastère principal du bouddhisme zen rinzaï fondé en 1315 à Kyôto (Japon).


La conférence du Révérend supérieur Kobori Geppo a eu lieu dans l'auditorium du Musée National des Arts Asiatiques - Guimet (MNAAG) dans le cadre du colloque "Le Zen et les arts : pratique, thé, peinture et poésie", co-organisé par l'École Française d'Extrême-Orient (EFEO : directeur Christophe Marquet) et le MNAAG (service culturel dirigé par Cécile Becker) avec le soutien de la Fondation Ishibashi et avec l'aide du Tôkyô Club.


Le colloque a été ouvert par S.E. Kitera Masato, Ambassadeur du Japon en France.
