Description
Deutsch: Kölner Dom: Die Erstverglasung im Kapellenkranz aus den 1260er Jahren enthielt durchgängig Grisaillescheiben (mit Ausnahme der Fenster in der Achskapelle). Diese Scheiben wurden um 1340 mit farbigen Figuren-Glasmalereien ergänzt. In den Jahrhunderten gingen die Grisaillescheiben verloren. Wilhelm Hoffmann fertigte 1842-45 nach einigen verbliebenen Gläsern Nachzeichnungen an, auf deren Basis 1974 Rekonstruktionen für die Johanneskapelle erstellt wurden.
