Description
English: Konark Sun Temple is dedicated to Hindu Sun God Surya and was built by king Narasimha Deva I of Eastern Ganga dynasty in 13th century. It is also declared as UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The image shows carvings like mythological characters, animals, court scenes, etc.

It basically shows outer view of the temple and is shot during morning.

Since many devotees visit this place, it was difficult for us to click a picture encompassing the beauty of the monument.

Such is an only image of its kind and similar picture is not available on its Wikipedia page.
