Description
Čeština: Autor fotografie Jiří Zelenka. Zavařování višní. Krok za krokem. Oprané přebrané višně naskládáme do sklenic. Zalijeme studeným nálevem z cukru a vody. Necháme ustát. Zavíčkujeme víčky Omnia. Zatáhneme hlavou na víčka. A sterilujeme v páře na pařáku (speciální hrnec na zavařování) nebo v hrnci s pařákem na dně. Sklenice vyndáme a přiklopíme utěrkou namočenou ve studené vodě nebo otočíme dnem na horu. Nálev : 500g cukru krystal na 1l pitné vody ( cca 1.3 l nálevu). Necháme přejít varem. Doba sterilace : sklenice 1l - 20 min na 85 oC a sklenice 0.5l - 16 min na 85 oC. Dodržujte rozestup sklenic ! Pro diabetiky dáme náhradní sladidlo ! Czech Republic.
