English: 'Lady with Collar', possibly Anna Vesnicky Polášek (surname through adoption) from Kromieryż (Kremsier now Kroměříž) who became the first wife of Andrzej Kusionowicz but who died in Cieszyn of tuberculosis in 1894 at only thirty years of age - photograph taken at the studio of Józef Sebald, Ulicia Kolejowa 3, in Kraków. This photograph may have been taken shortly before her passing.
