English: Kumbh mela start in January before the festival of makarsankranti . After every 12 years it come in prayagraj but there are also 3 other place where kumbh mela organize. These are nashik , ujjain , Haridwar..
Special thing of prayagraj kumbh is this is at the bank of holly river ganga where this comes in contact of yamuna as well as saraswati ( saraswati river dried ) and the most important thing is that this is a mela of different saints. Like nanga, kinner , and sadhu , from all over the india people came here to take bath in this holly river. This festival is related to Hinduism . One of most important thing is that in northern part of India there is one temple which indicate the southern temple architecture. Which is situated in prayagraj at the bank of ganga river. |
