Summary edit

Description
English: A ten-armed candelabra with heads of elephants, Chinese busts, birds and dragons. It was created as part of a larger set for the Count Heinrich von Brühl (1700-1763), who in addition to being the prime minister of Saxony also was head of the Meissener Manufaktur. The model is by Johann Joachim Kaendler, after a design by his master, Johann Benjamin Thomas. About 1730.
