Description
English: Swedish coaster KUSTVÅG (later IMO 5198448) originally built at shipyard M. van der Kuijl, Slikkerveer/Netherlands, in 1908 as fishing streamship EULE O.E.37, delivered to Elsfleth/Germany. Rebuilt to general cargo ship WOTAN at Schiffswerft W. Holst, Hamburg-Neuenfelde, in 1935 for Friedrich Beutelrock, Lübeck, sold to Sören Mauritz Arnold Nilsson, Nordvik/Sweden, and renamed KUSTVÅG in 1951, lengthened in 1956, re-engined in 1960, renamed FANAEOS in 1971, renamed KOSTAS in 1973, broken up in Greece in 1985, photo taken in 1953 by J. Robert Boman (1926 - 2002), owned by Sjöhistoriska museet.
