Description Faksimile opisu listiny z roku 1126, která je první písemnou zmínkou o městě Kyjov. Opis byl pořízen 8. listopadu 1640. V textu je psáno: "Léta od vtělení Božího 1126 dne 18. února Oto II., kníže moravský, nazvaný tak po otci, zahynul v bitvě. Jeho bratra syn jménem Václav, zanícený láskou k nebeské vlasti, se vším kněžstvem a pány svými dal ke spáse duše svého strýce mnichům v klášteře svátého Štěpána v Hradišti v božích službách bojujícím trh se vsí Kyjovem a dvě popluží, dva koně, devět klisen a hřebce. Kdo by se odvážil toto darování odciziti nebo jakýmkoli způsobem porušiti, budiž stižen věčnou kletbou Ježíše Krista."
