Depicted person: Karl X Gustav av Sverige

Svenska: Driven i ett stycke mässingsplåt, utsidan slipad, förgylld och polerad. Rundade urtagningar för hals och armar med omvikta och rundsmidda kanter. Nertill snett utåt riktad krage, b ca 42 mm, omvikt och rundsmidd kant. Enkel dekor av längs hals, armar och på kragen skuren dubbellinje. Från halsens linje och rakt ner över bröstet fyra skurna dubbellinjer bildandes tre vertikala fält. Upptill över var bröst ca 40 mm från yttre kant en utstående nit, likaså nertill i kragens ändar.
Mitt på, över magen, stora riksvapnet i ett drivet, ciselerat och graverat stycke mässingsplåt, b 240 h 200 mm. Fäst med mindre nitar. Sköldhållare i form av framåtseende lejon stående på bakbenen krönta med slutna kronor. I 1:a och 4:e fälten tre kronor, i 2:a och 3.e tre ginbalkvis gående strömmar belagda med krönt lejon. Hjärtsköld med Pfalz-dynastins vapen, men spegelvänt.
