Description

Dédié à la botanique depuis sa création au XVIIIe siècle, l'Arboretum abrite près de 500 espèces d'arbres et d'arbustes sur une surface de 12,7 hectares. Il a été conçu comme un jardin à l'anglaise...Au fil des générations, l'Arboretum est aménagé par des pépiniéristes de renom, dont Gustave Croux en 1890. Les arbres centenaires constituent un patrimoine paysager et horticole unique dont le sujet le plus exceptionnel est le cèdre bleu pleureur de 680 m² de surface de ramure, classé arbre remarquable au niveau national.
