Description
Deutsch: Die Lokomotive wurde 1927 und damit nach dem Ende der Südbahngesellschaft gebaut, sie erhielt die Betriebsnummer 629.59. Sie steht auf der Wendedrehscheibe in Lienz und ist zum Aufnahmezeitpunkt nicht betriebsfähig, aber in äußerlich gutem Zustand.
Die Schleppachse ist vermutlich eine Adamsachse, die vorauslaufend nicht zu den als exzellent beschriebenen Laufeigenschaften passt. Im alten Österreich wurden allerdings auch bei Tenderlokomotiven Fahrten mit dem Tender voraus vermieden. Der schmale Brennstoffaufsatz ermöglicht trotzdem für Lokführer und Heizer eine gute Streckensicht.
