Deutsch: Das einmotorige Flugzeug LFU 205. Original-Bildbeschreibung des DLR: „Am rechten Flügel des DLR-Forschungsflugzeugs LFU sind PVC-Folien in verschiedenen Grautönen angebracht. So können die Wissenschaftler die unterschiedliche Absorption der Sonneneinstrahlung und damit einhergehende Temperaturänderungen untersuchen.“

English: Right wing of the LFU 205 experimental aircraft. PVC-foils in different shades of grey are placed on the surface of the wing in order to measure the impact of solar radiation on the surface temperature.
