| Description | My preserved Leyland Olympian Alexander tri-axle FW3858 was new to China Motor Bus as LM10. This was the last Leyland for CMB and it was the last non air-con bus for CMB- it remained in Hong Kong for seven years before the move to a fully air-con fleet at New World First Bus saw it retired and shipped to the UK for further service with First. It became K481EUX (and later fleetnumber 30097) and it was purchased for preservation in July 2011. Operating experience has found the bus far too unreliable to make the trip to any rally or event so its now confined to home- it's seen brought out of the barn specially for four visitors from Hong Kong. |
