English: LNWR Diagram 88 unfitted, non-ventilated, 10 ton van No.21408, built by LNWR (Earlestown) in 1917; at the National Railway Museum, York, 15 September 2010. Many thousands of these were built by the LNWR and many private contractors in 1908-23.
