| Description | U.S. Navy sailors trying to put out a fire on the helicopter carrier USS Guam (LPH-9) on 19 July 1981. While operating 50 km southeast of Moorehead City, North Carolina (USA), a Sikorsky CH-53A Sea Stallion crashed into another CH-53A and a Bell UH-1N Twin Huey (the wreck visible in the background) upon landing. 4 crewmen died and 10 were injured. |
