Deutsch: Simultanregistrierung telemetrischer rechts- (RV) und linksventrikulärer (LV) Elektrogramme (grün) und Marker (pink) mit den Oberflächen EKG- Ableitungen I, II und III und einer transösophagealen linksventrikuläre Ableitung (Ösop.) bei einem mit Biotronik Dreikammersystem versorgten herzinsuffizienten Patienten mit ventrikulärer Desynchronisation und Vorhofflimmern. Der Vergleich der zeitlichen Stellung der linksventrikulären Deflektionen im transösophagealen und über die linksventrikuläre Elektrode abgeleiteten linksventrikulären Elektrogramm belegt, dass mit dieser das desynchronisierte linkventrikuläre Areal erreicht werden konnte. |
