| Description |
English: Since the Big Buddha is located right on Lantau Island, where the massive HK International Airport is located, there are shuttle buses from HKIA till Tung Chung MTR station. Seasoned HK travelers take the bus to Tung Chung and then catch the MTR trains into HK city, making it the cheapest way to get into town from the airport. Here is a double decker bus that runs a shuttle service from Tung Chung MTR station to the airport, awaiting departure at Tung Chung. The bus is operated by the Air Bus corporation of HK. Difficult lighting conditions (extreme brightness outside contrasting with extreme darkness of the cavernous interior of the bus station) made exposure difficult, due to which the face of the bus is a tad over exposed.
