LaFayette Motors Four-Door Coupe magazine ad from 1921 that reads "Some day you will go for a ride in a LaFayette and forever after you will be its champion - It is a car made by men who know their work, a car built for those who have fine things" Coachwork was rendered by LeBaron for LaFayette, which had outsourced actual body construction to the Seaman Corp. in Milwaukee, since 1919 a Nash subsidiary. Model 134 was the only car ever offered by this make. Charles W. Nash founded the company, and bought out the other investors in 1921. Nash Motors bought the assets in 1924, and immediately stopped production of this LaFayette Model 134. |
