Dédiée à l'évangélisateur du Lochois au 5ème siècle, la collégiale est une splendeur de l'époque romane.

L'édifice abrite aujourd'hui le gisant d'Agnès Sorel, favorite du roi Charles VII, sculpté admirablement dans l'albâtre.
