L'Arbre de Vie Décor sculpté de la maison d'Adam Située sur la place Sainte-Croix, près de la cathédrale d'Angers, la maison d'Adam est une maison à pans de bois, typique de l'habitat bourgeois commerçant de la fin du Moyen-Age (elle a été construite un peu avant 1500). Elle doit son nom aux sculptures d'Adam et Eve, aujourd'hui disparues qui encadraient l'Arbre de la Connaissance, toujours visible. La maison des artisans occupe le rez-de-chaussée www.maison-artisans.com/page-historique.html |
