Français : La prison de Koutoukalé est redevenue calme, après une attaque terroriste, au Niger, le 17 octobre 2016. (VOA/Abdoul-Razak Idrissa) Des hommes armés ont lancé à l'aube une spectaculaire attaque contre la prison de Koutoukalé, à 50 km au nord-ouest de Niamey, la prison la mieux gardée du Niger où sont détenus de nombreux jihadistes, avant d'être mis en déroute par les forces de sécurité.
