Strøket bygrensa - Tempe - Sluppen. Her har tyskerne bygd mye på eiendommen Valøya, Tempe gard, Paulinegard, Valgrinda vestre og Sluppen gard. Hos Carl P. Amundsen, Tempe, ble oppført ei sprengstoffbrakke, A/S Bil fikk beslaglagt to jordstykker mellom Holtermannsvegen og Klæbuvegen. Foruten beslaglegging av husrom på gardene i Nidarvoll krets tok tyskerne også avholdslokalet Nidarhall ved Nidarvoll skole og smia ved Fredly skole, avholdslokalet en vinter. En del leiligheter og husrom ble beslaglagt, særlig nederst i Holtermanns veg og ved Klæbuvegen, anslagsvis mellom 40 og 50 leiligheter.

Paulinegard (Valgrinda), gnr. 65, bnr. 1. Fra 1940 beslaglagt 35 mål jord. Oppført 15 hus, lagerbrakker o.l.

Valgrinda Vestre, gnr. 65, bnr. 3. Oppført 12 brakker.
