Merknad: Bygningen ble oppført i 1772 som kirke- og verkstedbygg for Tukthuset, arkitekt Heinrich Kühnemann. Planløsningen er symmetrisk omkring det tidligere kirkerommet som er åpent gjennom begge etasjer og utstyrt med gallerier.

I 1920-21 ble huset ombygd til rettslokaler og kontorer for Frostating lagmannsrett, arkitekt Olvar Ibsen. Kirkerommet ble da tatt i bruk som rettsal. Da lagmannretten flyttet ut i 1949 tok politiet over kontorlokalene.

Lagmannsrettssalen ble istandsatt i samarbeid med Norsk Rettsmuseum og fra 2005 ble lokalene igjen brukt som rettsal. Lagmannsrettsbygningen er administrativt fredet og i 1980 monterte Trondhjems Historiske Forening opplysningsplaketter på bygningen.

Entra Eiendom Region Nord og Horton International Trondheim har også kontorlokaler i bygningen.
