Description U.S. Army Corps of Engineers South Pacific Division commander, Brig. Gen. Mark Toy, toured projects and operations at six Sacramento District locations, June 23-25, 2015, to hear first-hand updates from district staff, and to recognize individuals with a division coin for their hard work. Sites were located throughout California, including Isabella Lake near Bakersfield, Success Lake near Porterville, Pine Flat Lake near Fresno, Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin in Tracy, Beale Air Force Base near Marysville and American River levee construction at Sacramento's H Street Bridge.
