Description
English: A travelling cart vendor selling Laksa Bogor, a laksa variant from Bogor, West Java, Indonesia. The boiling hot thick yellow soup is run and drain through the bowl contains rice vermicelli, oncom, tofu, ketupat, bean sprouts and lemon basil leaves for several times to make them cooked. The yellow lump is yellow tofu (tofu colored with turmeric).
Bahasa Indonesia: Gerobak penjaja laksa Bogor di tepi jalan. Laksa Bogor adalah salah satu varian laksa khas kota Bogor, Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Kuah kental kuning yang panas dituangkan dan ditiriskan berkali-kali ke dalam mangkuk berisi bihun, oncom, tahu, ketupat, taoge, dan daun kemangi hingga masak. Gumpalan kuning di atasnya adalah tahu kuning (tahu yang diwarnai kunyit).
