English: 302 West Main, Spokane. Built on the site of the 1888 Resort Theatre Building in 1907 by the Spokane Realty Company and named after shareholder Fred Langham. Albert Held, another shareholder, was the architect. Retaining the Langham name throughout its history, the building was rehabilitated for low-income housing in the early 1980s. |
