Lars Martinsen. En av de norske fotballspillere som iår har vært mest omsnakket og mest i forgrunnen, er Strongs høire back Lars Martinsen, som også er en god løper. Martinsen var en meget sterk kandidat til landslaget, og han har også vært med på bylaget som slo Göteborg og Brann i Oslo i pinsen. Martinsen er en meget hurtig fotballspiller og dertil en ballbehandler av rang. Man ser ham i ovenstående morsomme foto i tvekamp mot Göteborgs og Sveriges berømte Rydell.

Merknad:

Disse samlekortene med bilder av norske og internasjonale idretthelter fulgte med i sigarettpakker på 1920 og 30-tallet - derav tobakksreklamen på baksiden.

Samlekortene kommer fra Sportsklubben Freidigs arkiv, og inneholder nærmere 90 unike kort pent plassert i et samlealbum. Samleren var den senere skipsmegler Finn Følling (1914 – 1985).
