Français : Diagnostic original : Tumeur maligne végétante (épithélioma pavimenteux stratifié spino-cellulaire). Diagnostic actualisé : Carcinome épidermoïde infiltrant. Histoire : Femme de 52 ans Description macroscopie. Tumeur bosselée, non ulcérée, de consistance plutôt dure, de la grosseur d'une fève siégeant au niveau de la commissure antérieure et intéressant les 2/3 antérieurs de la corde vocale droite. Description microscopie : Carcinome épidermoïde avec ébauches de globes cornés et réaction stromale et lympho-plasmocytaire marquée.
