Deutsch: Schema eines Laserbeugungsanalysegeräts zur Partikelgrößenbestimmung, einzelner kleiner runder Partikel mit wenigen Beugungsringen (im Vergleich zu grossen Partikeln). Die Skizze ist eine Mischung aus Fern- und Nahfeld, was geometrisch exakt im selben Masstab nicht darstellbar ist, deswegen die Ungenauigkeiten. |
