| Description | Framhaldsskólinn á Laugum í Þingeyjarsýslu tengist mörgum minningum í huga mér. Ég dvaldi mikið í skólahúsinu sumrin 2000 og 2001 þegar ég var að vinna í sumarhótelinu á Laugum og síðan tengdist ég staðnum enn sterkari böndum haustið 2004 þegar ég settist á skólabekk á Laugum. Ég útskrifaðist þaðan sem stúdent síðastliðið vor. Margt var brallað á Laugum og ég bíð þess með eftirvæntingu að koma þangað aftur seinna meir og samgleðjast með fyrrum skólafélögum mínum. Skólahúsið sem var reist árið 1924 stendur við manngerða tjörn og er því sérstaklega myndrænt. Algengt er að tekna séu myndir beint á það á góðviðriðsdögum og er þá fullkomin spegilmynd hússins í vatninu. Ég ákvað hins vegar að taka aðeins annan vinkil á þetta sögufræga hús. |
