العربية: «اتفقوا أهل أعلا الواد كل واحد باسمه وأنه من قتل لأحد منهم البعير عمدا يغرم 100 ريال ومع ذلك من البغال ثمنها لربها ومن قتل البقرة يغرم ذلك ومع ثمنها لربها ومن قتل العجلة والحمار يغرم 100 ريال ومن قتل شاة وهي المعزة والكلب وغيره معمدا يغرم 10 ريال وممن شهد بذلك ابراهيم نبا من سيصيض ومع محمد نيت بونيه ومع احمد بن صالح من إيبرباضن ومع مولاي ابراهيم من أيت وارغن ومع بايه نيت لعسر من أبي الضفادع ومع باها واهروش ومع محمد بن صالح ألكشن، به عرف ومع محمد بن الطيب ومع ولد الاقرع نهلاكا ومع بن عويت ومع عابد بن باتكوم، وغيرهم وهذا ما شهدوا علينا بحال الكمال بتاريخ 11 يوم من شوال عام 1334 [يوافقه 1916] عبد ربه عبد الله بن سيدي محمد من تيوليت النظيفي إمام مسجد سيصيض لطف الله به آمين»
